Recruitiqa is a Software as a Service (SaaS) services featuring a platform/software for use by hiring managers, recruiters and staffing firms/recruiting agencies for candidate data and information, allowing professionals to contact employment candidates, suggest suitable candidates, recruiting workflow automation, and ranking of employment candidates. By allowing the best fit professional profiles to match their active top priority or existing job opportunities, Recruitiqa supports companies through their recruitment processes either directly or via recruitment agencies. Once employer/user/client/customer posts the job on the Recruitiqa website/platform/site with aiming to get best suited professional profiles, Recruitiqa’s expert recruiting sourcers search the best match public profiles on professional and social networking sites (In other terms , social network accounts which have been released by the data recipient by their own free will).
Collection of personal information
- Recruitiqa customers/clients/employers & visitors
In order to better provide you with products and services on our Website/Platform, Recruitiqa may collect personally identifiable information such as: First and Last name, e-mail address, phone number, employer, job title, employment history, and publicly available education data (not private records such as GPA).
If you purchase Recruitiqa’s products and services, we process and store billing information via a third party. This information is used to complete the transaction. We may require that you provide us this information above when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site/Platform. We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and or products you have requested from us.
- Other information gathered related to customers
Customer creates an account with their work email and set their outreach email selection and we may use this authorization to send messages from your email address with your approval, or to count and/or read responses related to the messages sent via our service. We will not access or read responses to messages that were not sent via our service.
Our customers may also provide information about the candidate(s) (job candidates or professionals) that they would like to reach. The search criteria typically includes, job title, years of experience, required and complementary skills, target companies, target industry, target locations, and other notes provided by the customer. We will store the search criteria within our service.
Our customers may also post web pages listing job openings or a plain text job description that we use to generate search criteria. This information could also be sent via a conversation (in-person or on the telephone), or via email communication.
Tracking user or visitor behavior
Recruitiqa may track the web pages within Recruitiqa our users visit with Recruitiqa to determine what Recruitiqa services are most popular and in demand. This data may be used to personalize content or advertising within Recruitiqa to customers whose behavior indicates that they may be interested in a particular service.
Candidates/Profiles
If you are a working professional or adult-aged college student we may gather information that relates to you from public websites or third-party vendors. The data is restricted to your name, contact information, and professional attributes/qualifications. Our service does not collect sensitive personal information such as sexual orientation, political views, or personal health.
The information we gather about you can include your name, location of work, professional qualification, current and former job titles, current and former email addresses, and other information you may share on publicly available sites such as social media profiles or professional network profiles (for example LinkedIn, Github, Facebook, Twitter) or personal websites.
If desired, you have the ability to view, correct, or remove the information that Recruitiqa gathers about you. We cannot guarantee that this information may not be gathered at a later date.
Our platform enables clients/employers/users to contact people sent through our service. We may share this data with customers who are recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and at times marketing professionals.
Use of cookies
Recruitiqa’s website may use “cookies” to help us personalize your experience. As background, a cookie is a text file placed on your hard disk by a web server. Periodically Recruitiqa may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communications. In order to improve our services we may receive a notification when you open an email from Recruitiqa or click a link within the email.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional emails via Recruitiqa you may opt out of such messages by clicking the unsubscribe button, or replying to us with a notice to stop further communications.
Changes to this statement
Recruitiqa reserves the right to amend, change or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time without notifying you or Recruitiqa’s policies relating to the Service at any time deemed to be suitable by Recruitiqa. Whenever Recruitiqa changes these Terms, the changes will take effect immediately after Recruitiqa posted the revised Terms (specified by revising the date at the beginning of these Terms) or when Customer accepts if Recruitiqa asks Customer to confirm by email the revised Terms (such as the confirm or agree button). It is your responsibility to check these Privacy Policy from time to time to verify such variations.
Your continued use of the site and or services available through the site/website/platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy, and agreement to abide and be bound by that policy.
Access and control of your information
To request to see what information we possess about you, email us at support@recruitiqa.com (By including subject line Information Request). We will process this request and respond to you within 15 days. We support your choice limit or control the use of personal data. We will not share your information with third parties for a purpose that is materially different from original purposes without your consent.
Recruitiqa acknowledges that individuals have a right to access, correct, amend and delete their Personal Information. Because Recruitiqa is the data processor of the Personal Information and collects Personal Information under the instructions of its Customers, Recruitiqa shall follow its Customers’ instructions. Therefore, Recruitiqa encourages individuals to contact these Customers. This can be done by replying to the last email that was sent via the Recruitiqa system.
We distribute non-user information (outlined in the section on “Collection of your personal information”) to customers for the purposes of contacting you with career opportunities that may interest you. The information within end-user accounts is not sold or shared with others outside your organization. Your information may be shared with other users at your company with the authority to view your activity on our platform.
To remove your information
To request to remove personal information email us at support@recruitiqa (By including subject line Deletion Request). We will respond to you, and work to enact this request, within 30 days.

We believe that use of uniform rules and program logic will greatly enhance all our customers’ ability to comply with the GDPR’s requirements.
- Right of Access
You may request to access your or any sourced candidate(s)/profile(s) Personal Information and obtain a copy of Personal Information which is being submitted/processed by Recruitiqa. In the event that you request to know what Personal Information of the sourced candidate(s) is being processed by us, we will provide you with the following information free of charge: purposes of processing; categories of Personal Information processed; recipient(s) of Personal Information; length of time during which the Personal Information will be stored; your privacy rights; and information on data transfers. Such requests will be made by sending a request to support@recruitiqa.com, please make sure to provide the relevant details.
- Right of Rectification
You may request to change, update, delete or complete any missing data we sourced/process about you or submitted profiles, by sending an email to support@recruitiqa.com with your relevant details. Please note that we may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.
- Right of Erasure
You may at any time withdraw your consent/profile/candidate’s profile to our processing of your Personal Information. In this case, if there is no overriding legitimate interest for continuing the processing of your or candidate’s Personal Information (e.g. to comply with our support obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, etc.) and the Personal Information is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was originally collected, we will erase your data. Such withdrawal of consent will be made by sending an email to support@recruitiqa.com with your relevant details.
- Right of Restriction of processing
You may request us to restrict/block processing of your or candidate(s) Personal Information if one of the following applies: (i) the accuracy of the Personal Information is contested; (ii) the processing is unlawful; or (iii) if you/we no longer need the Personal Information. (iv) if a candidate doesn’t want to be contacted (v) if a candidate is not interested in getting email/call/sms about job opportunity/employment opportunity. Such request(s) will be made by sending an email with the relevant details to support@recruitiqa.com or directly from the Recruitiqa website/platform.
- Right of Data Portability
You have the right to receive your Personal Information or any of the sourced candidate’s personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Such request will be made by sending an email with your relevant details to support@recruitiqa.com.
- Retention
Please note that we may retain the information we collect for as long as needed to provide the Services and to comply with our support obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
For candidate – If you wish to remove your Profile from our database and prevent our sharing of your Profile with employers/clients/users, you may opt-out by sending an email with your relevant details to support@recruitiqa.com. In this case, we shall not continue to use or disclose your Profile.
For candidate – Please be notified: some of the information that is gathered about you may arrive from the web and is public by other platforms. In some cases, you may encounter your details again after request for removal, in case they were re-collected over the web, contributed by other partners or in other means that are not including access to your device. We recommend you to periodically check your profile or the Services to ensure that your then-existed profile or account include only the Information you chose to have displayed.
